Each session is normally between 50 minutes and an hour. The initial consultation is free and lasts approximately 15 minutes. There is no obligation to return following the free session.
The number of sessions required will depend on what the client wants to get out of coaching. Some people find that one session is all they need, while others use it as an ongoing tool.

I am based at Liberton Brae, Edinburgh, on the south side of the city and convenient for the Edinburgh by pass. Free parking is available on Liberton Brae.
